He collaborated with FEMA post-Tropical Storm Allison to rebuild severely damaged buildings, finishing $1 million under budget. While working part-time as a handyman and constructing decks and room additions, demand for his services led him to full-time work in 2004. We have been privileged to work in the Lake Livingston area for the past 20 years.
