I started in home remodeling in 2015 and was captivated from the start. In 2018, I moved from Houston to Austin to open a branch for my former company. Since then, Austin has transformed my life and become my forever home. I met my wife here in 2019, and we celebrated the arrival of our first daughter at the close of 2023. In the late 1950s, my father, Kenneth L. Pearson, founded the roofing company originally named ""Pearson Roofing and Siding Co."" in Danville, Illinois. He gained valuable skills while serving in the Sea Bees of the U.S. Navy. Through years of hard work and dedication, he built a successful company that provided for our family.

I graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1982 with a degree in Philosophy and chose to embark on my own journey. Armed with a hundred bucks and a one-way bus ticket, I headed to Austin, Texas.

As fate would have it, my dad moved to Austin a few years later. This proved to be a fortunate turn of events for me. With persistent encouragement, he eventually persuaded me to go into business with him. The rest, as they say, is history.
