My journey in this industry began at age 14. During weekends and summers, I picked up trash on job sites and learned to operate a nail gun with my older siblings and family. At 18, I understood it was time to delve into the business side of the industry. After graduating high school, I moved into sales and soon realized there was a lot more to the industry than simply nailing shingles. I learned that the profit margins per square were much higher than I had ever known as a laborer. Most importantly, I realized I had a growing passion for this industry.
