My journey began at the age of five, inspired by my great-grandfather, a skilled carpenter who managed all home repairs himself. Thus, in 2011, I opted to halt construction and train as an insurance adjuster to gain a comprehensive understanding of the claims process from the insurer's perspective. Between 2011 and 2019, I operated in 15 different states, managing catastrophes such as hurricanes, tornadoes, hail and wind storms, floods, and everyday claims. In 2019, I chose to reopen and rebrand my construction business. I want to give back to the local community and clients by guiding them through the entire claims process, from start to finish. Insurance providers do not aim to take advantage of or reject claims, but often, claims lack critical details or funds in the estimate. My mission is to assist each client as if they were my own grandparents.
