In 2007, I founded MINT Exteriors in Waxahachie, TX, and conducted business throughout the DFW area until 2011. Throughout those years, we had a robust team of over 10 sales agents and ran a prosperous construction business, however, we did not fully understand the intricacies of the insurance claims process. Thus, in 2011, I opted to halt construction and train as an insurance adjuster to acquire in-depth knowledge of the claims process as seen by the insurance providers.
