Billy's journey in construction began early, as his father owned a roofing business. He worked part-time for his father until he completed high school in 1982. Billy was selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the first round of the June draft in 1982. Once his professional baseball career concluded, he entered the construction field, acquiring valuable knowledge that helps him manage projects effectively today.
