Joe Courtney grew up immersed in residential construction, dedicating much of his time to his father's carpentry crew. In 1993, Joe and his father launched Courtney Construction LLC. Not long after, Joe wed Eva, who grew up in the trade, her father being a drywall installer and finisher.
