Terry comes from a lineage of roofing professionals. His grandfather, Ray Sr., was an engineer who designed many machines still used in the mass production of asphalt shingles today. Terry’s father, Reverend Ray Jr., dedicated decades to the material supply side of roofing while also serving as a pastor. Ray Jr. succumbed to cancer in July 2017 after battling the disease for five years. Terry has spent a decade in the roofing industry, working in both material distribution and contracting.
