This situation provided him with additional time to devote to his business, and he obtained a state residential general contractor's license at 29, then a light commercial state license three years after that.

As the owner of MVW Roofing, Mitch oversees employee management, project management, and job site meetings. Mitch enjoys cultivating relationships with his customers and establishing a strong reputation for his business. He loves the construction field and is dedicated to assisting homeowners!

In his spare moments, Mitch enjoys golfing, fishing, and doing things with his wife and three children. Mitch allocates 60% of his leisure time to family and the other 40% to completing projects for his wife at home.
