I hail from Charlotte, NC, where I studied Business at UNC-Charlotte following my time in the USAF. In 1990, I moved to the Atlanta area and began working as an aircraft mechanic for Delta Air Lines, Inc. I was promoted to the quality control department at Delta, and after investing in rental properties throughout Georgia, I began building homes in 1996. After ten years of part-time building, my family motivated me to leave Delta's stable job to pursue my vision of elevating construction standards in Georgia. Today, in light of the economic shifts we've all experienced, J. R. Jones Construction, Inc. remains successful and expanding.
