I hail from Charlotte, NC, where I studied Business at UNC-Charlotte following my time in the USAF. In 1990, I moved to the Atlanta area and began working as an aircraft mechanic for Delta Air Lines, Inc. I advanced to the quality control department at Delta, and after starting to invest in rental properties across Georgia, I ventured into home building in 1996. After a decade of building as a side business, my family encouraged me to leave the security of Delta to pursue my goal of enhancing construction quality in Georgia.
