Eastern Exteriors was established in 2000 in Kissimmee, FL, and has evolved over the years. Initially, we concentrated on business projects such as apartment buildings and large developments. When four major hurricanes struck Central Florida in 2004, we naturally redirected our efforts from business projects to residential needs. At that time, our service area expanded to include areas from Boca Raton to Pompano Beach and as far north as Atlanta, Georgia.

Our service area now encompasses much of Central Florida. Leveraging our 30 years in the industry, we work hard to guarantee each project is completed to our clients' satisfaction.

Luiz, born in Brazil, has always had a passion for engineering and construction. He dedicated much of his time to inventing tools to make tasks easier. When he turned 19, he moved from Brazil to New Jersey. As he started his life in a new land, he embarked on a career in construction. Eventually, he apprenticed under a seasoned contractor who showed him the ins and outs of roofing. This experience led him to start his own general contracting company. He specialized in roofing, siding, and renovations.

Once he had a family, he started to miss the warm climate he grew up in. He relocated his family to Florida to explore its opportunities. Feeling it was a good fit, he established Eastern Exteriors. Drawing on his vast experience, he actively mentors his team and helps homeowners navigate their own projects.
