Following his graduation from Florida State and his role on the National Football BCS Championship Team in 1999, Bobby worked as a flight instructor for ComAir Aviation. Eventually, he returned to his construction roots, which he developed while studying at Florida State University.

In 1984, the Flemings made the move to Winter Park, Florida from Cleveland, Ohio. Since 1959, Richard Fleming Sr. had worked in the roofing sector with his family. As the family expanded, it was decided that his son Dick Fleming, his brother Joe, and his two sons Nick and Mike would move to Winter Park, Florida. They moved their families, and today, grandsons and daughters are part of our operations.

We haven't looked back; thirty-three years on, we are still growing and adding to our family.
