Our roofing and construction experience started in New Jersey before we moved to Central Florida. After facing countless winter storms, we made the decision to move south to enjoy a milder climate and more sunshine. This led to the founding of Eastern Exteriors.

Luiz, born in Brazil, has always had a passion for engineering and construction. He focused on developing tools to make tasks easier. At 19, he journeyed from Brazil to New Jersey. Beginning his life in a new country, he entered the construction field. Over time, he trained as an apprentice with an experienced contractor who taught him the roofing trade. From that point, he launched his own general contracting business. He specialized in roofing, siding, and renovations.

After establishing a family, he found himself yearning for the warm weather of his childhood. He moved his family to Florida to discover what it had to offer. Believing it was the right choice, he founded Eastern Exteriors. With his extensive experience and knowledge, he actively mentors his team and assists homeowners with their projects.
