Eastern Exteriors was established in 2000 in Kissimmee, FL, and has evolved over the years. Initially, we concentrated on commercial projects such as multifamily housing and commercial properties. In 2004, four significant hurricanes impacted Central Florida, we naturally redirected our efforts from commercial to residential projects. At that time, our service area expanded as far south as Boca Raton and Pompano Beach and up to Atlanta, Georgia in the north.

Born in Brazil, Luiz developed an early interest in engineering and construction. He dedicated much of his time to inventing tools to enhance work efficiency. At the age of 19, he made the trip from Brazil to New Jersey. Beginning his life in a new country, he entered the construction field. He later became an apprentice to a skilled contractor who guided him in roofing techniques. This experience led him to start his own general contracting company.
