Dave, with 25+ years in roofing, began his career in 1983 as an apprentice under his uncle Phil Marmiani at the age of 18. Following four years of training with family, he moved to a major roofing firm in the San Fernando Valley, taking on the role of foreman. Managing his own crews, he perfected the installation of diverse roofing systems for residential and commercial buildings.

In 1995, Dave took on a role at another large roofing company as a project manager and commercial estimator. He was responsible for managing projects that spanned from residential roofing to complex commercial roofs, such as public schools, colleges, and industrial buildings. After perfecting his craft, he enrolled in school in 1999 to obtain his contractor's license. Once he achieved all necessary licensing and qualifications, Dave established All Pro Roofing Company.
