To expand his knowledge, Matt accepted a crew leader role at Nu Shake Roofing. Following that, he concentrated on metal roofing at Cal Pac Metal Roofing Company. Later, he became part of Cal Neva, another company specializing in metal roofing.

Still driven to learn and expand his skills, Matt relocated to the Sierra Nevada mountains, managing crews for Carter Roofing, Robinson Roofing, and Matteson Roofing. In 2008, he fulfilled his dream by founding Warren Roofing. Today, Warren Roofing proudly holds membership in the GAF Master Elite Presidents Club.
