Dave, with 25+ years in roofing, began his career in 1983 as an apprentice under his uncle Phil Marmiani at the age of 18. After four years of learning and working with family, he joined a large roofing company in the San Fernando Valley as a foreman. Overseeing his own teams, he refined his expertise in installing all types of roofing systems for homes and businesses.

In 1995, Dave began working at a different large roofing company, taking on the responsibilities of project manager and commercial estimator. He was responsible for managing projects that spanned from residential roofing to complex commercial roofs, such as public schools, colleges, and industrial buildings. Feeling confident in his skills, he sought his contractor's license in 1999. Once he achieved all necessary licensing and qualifications, Dave established All Pro Roofing Company.
