In Germany, this entails attending trade school, then showing proficiency in the field to achieve the title and certificate of master. Karl later obtained his master certification and continued the family business with his son, Karl Jr. Karl Jr. also achieved his master certification and eventually chose to expand the roofing business to America. In 1959, Karl Jr. moved his family to Colorado and reestablished the business. Today, the family legacy continues and is now run by Karl Jr.'s son, Reimund Kroeck.

Reimund, known as Ray, has 30+ years of experience in the roofing field and excels in several roofing specialties. Ray is presently aided by his son, Justin, who is the fifth generation in the Kroeck family legacy.
