Steve began his career at a young age, even during high school. Back then, students could earn class credit through work-study programs. Steve would complete his schoolwork early and then head to construction jobs in the afternoon. Upon graduating in 1978, he entered the construction field full-time, acquiring experience in numerous construction tasks. Over time, he specialized in roof repair and installation. He primarily learned from his father and uncles, who were in the roofing industry. Steve and Shari have shared over 40 years of marriage. Together, they have two sons and three grandchildren. When not working, Steve enjoys camping, fly fishing, and spending time with family. Steve takes great pleasure in watching his grandchildren play sports.
