Shaun completed his bachelor's degree in business at Oak Valley College in May 2021 and identified a need to help his father manage the business. After discussing their goals, they realized they could combine Leonard's extensive industry experience with Shaun's growing business acumen to create a successful venture that serves their community!
In 2022, they launched America's Property Services LLC, doing business as APS Rain Gutters, with a vision to grow the business as a father-son team! Hi! I’m Shaun! I take pride in being the first in my family to complete a bachelor's degree in business from Oak Valley College! Inspired by my entrepreneurial parents, I am thrilled to offer services to the community and be actively involved in running a business! It’s a blessing to serve in this capacity, and I am driven to improve and learn more! Personally, I am a 23-year-old car lover who enjoys off-roading and playing slow-pitch softball! I’m often at Irwindale Speedway on Thursday nights and at church on Sunday mornings! In terms of business, I aim to be a positive and impactful presence in our community. I know that it begins with being kind, fair, and having a genuine approach. I strive to be the best I can be and eagerly anticipate serving you all with APS Rain Gutters!

He founded Cert-A-Roof in 1993 to help home and commercial buyers better understand the roofs they were about to purchase.
In the aftermath of the 1994 earthquake, he took on the task of repairing damaged homes. He became a consumer advocate, working with insurance companies to secure optimal settlements. He wrote and published a book named Top Dollar Property Claims. The Los Angeles Times recognized it as one of the Top Ten Books of the Year for real estate.
