With over 25 years in the roofing industry, Dave started his career alongside his uncle Phil Marmiani in 1983 as an apprentice at 18. After gaining four years of experience with family, he transitioned to a prominent roofing company in the San Fernando Valley as a foreman. Overseeing his own teams, he refined his expertise in installing all types of roofing systems for homes and businesses.

In 1995, Dave began working at a different large roofing company, taking on the responsibilities of project manager and commercial estimator. He managed projects that varied from residential roofs to extensive commercial roofs, including public schools, colleges, industrial buildings, and various public works. After perfecting his craft, he enrolled in school in 1999 to obtain his contractor's license. Once he achieved all necessary licensing and qualifications, Dave established All Pro Roofing Company.
