I had always worked for others. Following a fruitful spring and summer at the roofing branch I established in Birmingham, the winter months proved difficult, so I requested support from the owner, but he left me in a tough spot. I went without power for six weeks, from December 2nd to January 12th, 2017, and during that time, I studied the business side, explored marketing, and listened to successful entrepreneurs. I decided I would never allow my future to be dictated by others. On January 12th, I regained power and obtained my business license; within two days of making calls, by the 14th, I secured my first project, a roof replacement in Pelham. I have been sharing my innovative ideas with homeowners throughout Birmingham and the surrounding areas, focusing on quality, competitive pricing, and, crucially, enhancing customer satisfaction by making them part of the process.
