I had always worked for others. After a prosperous spring and summer with the roofing division I started in Birmingham, the winter became challenging, so I requested support from the owner, but he left me in a tough spot. I faced six weeks without electricity from December 2nd until January 12th, 2017, and during that time, I studied the business side, explored marketing, and listened to successful entrepreneurs. I made a commitment to never let someone else dictate my future. On January 12th, I got my power restored and secured my business license; by the 14th, just two days after contacting potential clients, I secured my first project, a roof replacement in Pelham. I have been sharing my innovative ideas with homeowners throughout Birmingham and the surrounding areas, focusing on quality, competitive pricing, and most importantly, customer satisfaction by involving them in the process.
