I founded my business following my experience running a roofing branch in Birmingham for another owner. I chose to expand my services to cover a wide range of home renovations, not just roofing. After a prosperous spring and summer with the roofing division I started in Birmingham, the winter months proved difficult, so I asked the owner for assistance, but he left me stranded. I faced six weeks without electricity from December 2nd until January 12th, 2017, and during that time, I studied the business side, explored marketing, and listened to successful entrepreneurs. I decided I would never allow my future to be dictated by others. On January 12th, I regained power and obtained my business license; by the 14th, just two days after contacting potential clients, I secured my first project, a roof replacement in Pelham. I’ve been introducing my trendsetting ideas to homeowners in Birmingham and its surroundings, prioritizing quality, competitive rates, and, crucially, enhancing customer satisfaction by making them part of the process.
