He spent ten years at Rain Proof Roofing in Alaska, perfecting his craft. Starting as a roofer (4 yrs.) and advancing to lead foreman (6 yrs.), he took on significant state and government projects. After Rain Proof, he spent 21 years with Industrial Roofing Inc. (IRI). He started as the main foreman for 4 years, then became a Project Manager for 5 years, worked as an Estimator for residential and small commercial projects for 3 years, and finished as a Senior Estimator and Silent Partner for 9 years. While at IRI, he regularly oversaw $7 million in awarded projects each year. When he left, he had estimated over $13 million in projects. Since then, Nick has thrived in the roofing sector.
