He spent ten years at Rain Proof Roofing in Alaska, perfecting his craft. Starting as a roofer (4 yrs.) and advancing to lead foreman (6 yrs.), he managed major state and government projects. After Rain Proof, he spent 21 years with Industrial Roofing Inc. (IRI). He began as the main foreman for 4 years, transitioned to Project Manager for 5 years, served as an Estimator for 3 years, and ended as a Senior Estimator and Silent Partner for 9 years. While at IRI, he regularly oversaw $7 million in awarded projects each year. At the time of his departure, he had successfully estimated more than $13 million in work. Nick has continued to succeed in the roofing field.
