After Rain Proof, he spent 21 years with Industrial Roofing Inc. (IRI). He started as the main foreman for 4 years, then became a Project Manager for 5 years, worked as an Estimator for residential and small commercial projects for 3 years, and finished as a Senior Estimator and Silent Partner for 9 years. During his time at IRI, he consistently handled $7 million in awarded projects annually. Upon his departure, Hernandez successfully estimated over $13 million worth of work. Since then, Nick has continued to excel in the roofing industry.
