After leaving Rain Proof, he embarked on a 21-year journey with Industrial Roofing Inc. (IRI). His journey began as the main foreman (4 yrs.), then as a Project Manager (5 yrs.), followed by an Estimator for residential and small commercial projects (3 yrs.), and concluded as a Senior Estimator and Silent Partner (9 yrs.). At IRI, Nick consistently managed an annual $7 million in awarded projects. When he left, he had estimated over $13 million in projects. Since then, Nick has continued to excel in the roofing industry.
