Update: Felix contacted me and I told him about the leaks and he laughed in response - picture attached. Don't ever hire him or his team.

I didn't call them back for a third time to fix their work because they just made things worse every time they came back. He did spend 5 minutes fixing a PVC drain the first time he came and thinks that that should make up for everything.

Just horrible. I almost never post bad reviews but people need to know how bad ZZ Gutter is.

Updated review: the work was done. The rep came but didn't knock in the door so I didn't kno he came I thought he was a no show so I left not knowing that he had been there and gone. I found the invoice on my front porch and contacted Felix to let him kno I saw it and a check would go in the mail Monday (this was a Saturday). While I did not initially like what appeared to be a lack of communication and follow up, the end result is the work was done and it looks like it's done well from what I see (but I'm not a pro). For that reason I am updating the review from 1-Star to 3-stars. I would use them again because he is reasonably priced and maybe my experience was just an exception I'm sure it will be better next time.


Not professional at all. They don't follow through with their emails meaning they sent a quote then I said ok let's do the work. Had to wait a week for another response that said what's my phone number but no one called. Another few days to a week, what's the address? Then another day I ask what day can u come? Another day I get Saturday. Another message I have to ask what time? Then I get 1030a. It's now Saturday 3/24 at 1038a no call, no text, no response to email. I have planned my whole day around getting this done. This company is not professional and they are inconsiderate of a customers time. I will find someone else to do the work. It is not my intention to pay for work and have to beg for and chase people down for responses and consideration.

I sent a request through Yelp for gutter services on our three-story townhome. While I did receive a response via email the next day, the message was just requesting my address. About a week later, I finally received a telephone call from ZZ Gutter Company asking about our project. Needless to say, I went with another company that was able to schedule my appointment the very next business day. Not professional at all.

This company is terrible! Felix came out to give us a quote and said he would call these other people to install a pipe into the drainage system behind our home, then come out and install the gutters. The people that he called showed up and did their part and then Felix never returned our calls or instant messages, nor did he show up to install the gutters. This was over 2 weeks ago and we still do not have gutters. That is fine though, I'm sure someone wants our money!

We had a couple of gutters installed, gutter screens installed, leaking gutters sealed, and rain chains installed. I thought it would take all day but Felix and his assistant completed the job in less than two hours and best of all, everything works perfectly. Was extremely impressed with Felix's communication and his ability to start the job not longer after I received the quote. He was also very good about getting the quote to me quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend ZZ Gutter Company for any gutter needs including repairs.

Felix from ZZ Gutter was an great contractor to work with. We have a three story townhouse that's very close to our neighbors property and was not an easy job. A previous larger well-known contractor had come out, and did not respond back due to their reluctance to take the job. Felix with ZZ Gutters acknowledged the difficulties involved, and proceeded to do the job quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I would highly recommended ZZ Gutters to anyone needing this type of work done.
