This was a very professional organization. Even my neighbors were impressed. They arrived on time. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They fixed all the problems in my roof. And they tied the roof down with hurricane straps. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it.

Absolutely a great company. They did the work as promised, when promised. Sean the estimator answered all my questions thoroughly and answered my many phone calls promptly. The crew was fantastic. They also addressed any concerns I had and were very professional. The job site was clean every day and most importantly the roof was done with quality workmanship (I know having worked with a roofing crew in my youth). There were no surprises as they were a very upfront about any additional work which might be necessary, such as replacing rotted wood and installing hurricane clips. It actually it turned out to be less than estimated. I highly recommend this company. The roof looks great! Do your self a big favor and choose Zoller Roofing. They do quality work and are extremely trustworthy. You will be glad you hired them.

BEING THREATENED WITH A LAWSUIT because I am giving a review that is our experience. Bottom line: They did not help us in getting the roof permit signed off, issues there. We did not pay the final bill until that issue taken care of. They sent us a Lien notice on 1/15 with 30 days before lien, they filed the lien on 1/21, 6 Days later. When I called on 1/25 to confirm what we owed Jessica confirmed that we owed the final 11K and $12.20 for the Cert Mail, that was sent out on 1/25 . She DID NOT mention anything about the $550 for a release of a lien. WE ARE PAID IN FULL. NO PAID IN FULL RECEIPT for us to give the insurance company and they won't release the lien. Now being threatened with a lawsuit for reviewing here telling our experience. Where is the Integrity and Customer service.

Zoller did an amazing job replacing our roof. They were responsive, fast, and left basically no debris anywhere despite removing and entire mediterranean tile roof in a couple of days. Nick was up front about our different roofing options and the pros and cons of each.

We needed to replace our roof last year in 2018. We obtained (5) roofing quotes from medium to large roofing contractors. Zoller wasn't the lowest nor were they the highest. We chose Zoller for many reasons. First, they always answered our phone calls, and they always communicated in a professional manner. They performed their estimate in a timely fashion, followed up and presented their quote answering all of our questions. Prior to awarding them our roofing job, we checked their references and looked at some of their previous work at various locations. We are so happy that we finally chose Zoller. Zoller removed our old asphalt shingled roof, replaced any damaged wood, and then installed a new metal roof. They always arrived on time, and they progressed through the job in a safe and clean manner. They hauled all of the old roofing debris away, and they kept our pool and outside areas clean at all times during their work. The work was completed on time, and within the original estimate. We continue to get so many compliments on our new roof and so we are always happy to recommend Zoller. There are many roofing contractors out there, but now we would only choose one - Zoller Roofing!
