Update on 10/30/2024
I found two more issues with the roof, that are clearly wrong, their guys should not have made it this way. They did the roof back in June 2023 and here I go again, finding more bad workmanship. I am still finding debris in my yard after all this time, nails and pieces of old and new roofing material. These two new pictures clearly show the problem, especially the flashing for the power as that may be how mice are getting into the attic. I also saw that all the edges around the whole roof are cut unevenly, just unbelievable as I paid a lot of money to be their practice model in how to do a roof.

I have to say I'm so thankful for Vernon Lawson. He is a very knowledgeable roof inspector. Without his advice and help, I never would have my new roof. It was covered by my insurance, but my insurance at first refused to cooperate. Thanks to Vernon Lawson, I was able to submit documentation to my insurance company making it impossible for them to deny my claim.

I recently contacted this company asking for an estimate on my house. The scheduled day we agreed upon was changed. I was contacted saying if they can come out two days later. To me that was ok. We discussed a few options of how I wanted my roof done. Benny then came out took pictures and said I should be getting an estimate via email in a couple of days. A week goes by and nothing. I called the number on their website twice and no answer. Minutes later Benny texts me a long paragraph saying he had to step out the office. He also stated he had spoke to his supervisor about my quote and they're still working on it. He then continued to ask me for my email and said he'll email me the quote once it's ready. I provided my email and a MONTH later here we are with no response nor an estimate. This is by far the worse experience I have had. How do you run a company and not contact your customers back. Your other reviews say different which is why I contacted you guys. Never again.

I just had a beautiful roof done and a redo of our main bathroom. I highly recommend this Company for their professional work and cleanliness of the job. They were able to do work with no problems and had friendly and great employees. They were meticulous especially in times that we are in. They answered questions and made sure we were very happy. It is hard in todays economy to find hardworking owners that are in front of their staff. I highly recommend them again for their promptness, concern and the overall cleanup each day they were here.
