We used Zimmerman Roofing 2 years ago and they did a good job. Recently we were told we had some wet paper under our roof tiles-- when we tried to get them to come prior to the Warranty expiring it was extremely frustrating-We called the main number several times and they referred us to a worker that dealt with our roof prior. We called him 6 times and left messages and sent several texts with no response-FINALLY I he answered and said he would come by and check out the problem Monday or Tuesday--he never did **I called again he said he would come by Wednesday between 12 and 1 pm---we waited for hours ..no phone call- no text-NO SHOW! I guess they wanted to wait for the warranty to expire????
