Why bother with these people?? I called them twice this week to schedule an estimate, and they blew me off. They answer the phone, promise to call back and never did. I even said I was a past customer over the years. Well, that was then. Why waste time when they don't even give you the courtesy of returning your calls.

My experience was awful. I was helping my dad get quotes and Zimmerman refused to talk to me or provide any sort of quote. Zimmerman was condensending and rude throughout the 3 times we met. I have no clue as to why the believe they can treat people this way, but I will never use their company.

I am not mistaken and I live in the greenhaven pocket area. This incident occurred many years ago before yelp and thought I would wrote a review based on my experoence. While I am not surprised you don't remember me, but I definitely remember the way your company treated me. But thank you again for your condenscension.

If you are looking for a great experience with a professional roofing company that cleans up after the job and keeps you informed all through the process, DO NOT choose Zimmerman. If you want a reasonable price and can put up with not knowing what's going on, then go ahead and work with these guys.

The good news is that after 8 weeks of waiting, the final inspection is done. The bad news is that I am pretty sure that if anything goes wrong, I am out of luck.

Just had a very good experience with Zimmerman . They tore off an old roof & put on a new one. They were conscientious & competent. The foreman Richard does the
right thing for the homeowner. As in all business relationships, there needs to be
good communication both ways. I certainly did not know much about roofing. The
inspections can cause delays, but Zimmerman really accommodated me in getting
the job done quickly. The roof looks great and I am confident it was put on right. I also
feel that if I discovered something was wrong later, they would definitely come back
& fix it. They are trustworthy. And in the roofing business, that counts for a lot! I
highly recommend them.
The owner, Dave, has a great reputation. Alma, in the office, is very efficient. Jason,
who works on the gutters is great. Richard , the foreman, is topnotch. They have a
lot of good people!!

I watched Zimmerman Roofing install a roof on a neighbors house last year and it went very quickly without a big mess. When I needed the roof on my business replaced, I had Zimmerman do the work. I didn't get a bunch of estimates because I was more concerned that the job was done right. I deal with lots of people and I can size them up pretty quick. I liked the owner and they did the job without a big disruption to my business. I'll use them again in 40 years.

Here's one thing they don't tell you when you buy a house: when your roof starts leaking and you go to call the landlord....there is no landlord!! Oh no!!

So, when we moved into our house recently our roof was brand new, so we had no problems until just recently. It was no huge thing, just a leak in the bathroom, but, frankly, I'm afraid of heights and wouldn't know a shingle from Shinola. I was also afraid that my job was so small that a roofing company would laugh at me for calling. Nevertheless, I saw a Zimmerman Roofing truck on the road and took down the number. Within a day my leaking roof woes were over. Here's what I found:

-Fast, courteous service from people that seem to know way too much about roofs.
-My small problem was fixed for a very reasonable price.
-No more leak!!

Someday (hopefully not too soon) I will need a new roof, and I won't hesitate to call Zimmerman Roofing.
