Stellar and tremendous customer service, assessment, keen eye for detail, and work by Mike Sicillian and team member, Aidan! With the barrage of storms from last week, and this week, we sustained roofing issues, leaky ceilings, and a fireplace vent pipe cap that flew off our rooftop. I contacted Mike this past Monday, and he promptly reached out to me within minutes. I contacted two other roofing companies during the weekend, and none of them have yet to contact me.

Mike was able to visit my home yesterday afternoon during the down pour and he was able to assess the root cause of our roofing issues and leak to our entry foyer. Due to yesterday's rain, it was unsafe to fix the items and decided to wait until the following the day until the weather cleared up. Mike and Aiden were able to successfully cover-up a 1.5 inch gap between the bricks and window form board with mortar. Heavy wind and rain gushed in between this opening causing my foyer ceiling and drywall to leak, crack, and peel. In addition, they hammered down a protruding rusted nail in one of our shingles, near the window, and properly sealed it. Lastly, Mike and Aiden were able to successfully affix and place the vent pipe cap on our rooftop which had flown off during the initial storm last week.

I called and spoke with Michael regarding a leak I had on my roof. He fixed the leak and did an inspection on my roof. Come to find out I had missing shingles and hail damage. Michael walked me through the claims process and told me exactly what I should be expecting. The adjuster came out a week later and the roof was approved. We set a time for the new roof to be built within a week before rain storm came in. Michael came with the crew, and told me all the steps to the build. Thank Zeus for such a smooth process.
