James and his team have been pressure washing our roof and home for over 3 years now. James and his team are courteous, professional, and prompt. Bang up job. Showed up three hours before they promised did a great job of not only cleaning off the roof, but also washed the side of the house to without asking to make sure everything looked great. These guys do a great job thankful I found them.

A neighbor recommended Zero Pressure Roof Cleaning. The two gentlemen that arrived cleaned our two story spanish tile roof, driveway and stepping stones we have at various locations around the house. They were extremely professional and friendly, finished very quickly, did an excellent job. It was great to know that we were able to get the roof cleaned with a 2 year warranty and it cost less than regular roof cleaning that can damage tile roofs.

Went with this company after having a bad experience with No Pressure Roof Cleaning. Zero Pressure Roof Cleaning is definitely the way to go. Very responsive. Good customer service. Did a great job, very thorough. Made sure to cover all plants and continuously watered them down to rinse off the solution.

James from Zero Pressure of Greenacres, Fl. was the first to give me a quote and performed the service of roof, house, driveway, and sidewalk cleaning in a very professional manner. He arrived promptly as scheduled and my phone calls to him where always answered. I don't know why the other reviewer on Yelp gave this company a very poor review. His pricing was reasonable and hundreds of dollars lower than a very high bid from another local company. James worked hard from the time of this arrival to the time the project was completed. I highly recommend James at Zero Pressure of Greenacres, Florida to anyone needing house or driveway/sidewalk cleaning. 5 Stars! Donald S.

What's the treatment for a business that makes a commitment to do a job and wastes 2 hours of your time? I hope that the people reading this will be forewarned.This place does not deserve a second chance! They sent me at least three messages to confirm but when I tried to call them for a no-show the phone was busy for two hours! These people are arrogant and take no responsibility for their unprofessional behavior. If you schedule with them be prepared to have Zero Pressure Roof Cleaning run your schedule since they cannot run their own. After wasting two hours on a Saturday they give me a ""so what"" call and without apology just tell me they will have to cancel and come sometime on Sunday! Presumptuous to assume that my weekend is wide open for them to decide when they can actually do the job. These people don't need any business, they get a Zero rating from me! I had to give one star to get my review posted.
