We had very old, thin, cracking plywood under our roof and multiple bad leaks. Alex Martinez of Zenitram roofing gave us a very competitive bid, and also suggested solarboard plywood when to replace the old plywood. He showed and explained how the Owens Corning roof products work together and assured me that I'd never have to worry about this completely new roof again. They removed all of the old thin plywood roof, you can see in some pictures how cracked through and delaminated it was in many spots, and they replaced it with all brand new, solid Solarboard roofing (which has a heat reflective coating). The newly plied roof felt incredibly solid to walk on when they were done with that phase, even before the underlayment and the shingles. Zenitram's workmanship quality was fantastic, and they paid detailed attention to all my previous trouble spots. Also, they installed new low profile Ohagen vents across my roof that look great and keep the attic cool to prolong the life of the roof, and make the house more comfortable. The new roof turned out great and the quality that Zenitram roofing put into the top quality materials and top quality workmanship is obvious. We are so happy with our new roof, how it looks so great, and importantly the security of knowing it is leak free and will last a long time. We've had some very, very torrential rains coupled with really strong winds, the storms that flooded many parts of San Diego, and our roof was completely leak free and shedding the torrential water exactly as it should. Based on our home inspection for a purchase, we needed a licensed roofer to inspect the low pitch roof for modifications. This was a big deal, because this was a new construction home. Alex was extremely responsive to our need. He was very professional and knowledgeable and clearly communicated what he would have done differently in shingling the roof. Alex, personally came out to look at the site and was able to provide me with an accurate quote, whereas the other local contractors did not look at the physical site. The workers started ahead of schedule and completed on time. They stayed professional and efficient everyday but making sure that everything was picked up before they left. We additionally needed the fascia's replaced which led to have the whole house repainted (which I was intending on eventually painting). The house turned out so beautiful after everything was done. I was very happy with this company! I had a leak in my kitchen during the hurricane in San Diego and when I called a few days later, they responded right away. Alex the owner is so nice, professional, and thorough. He kept me updated when the crew would arrive. He sent pictures via text after the work was completed and followed up with a phone call to explain what they had found and the repairs that had been done. I am confident it was a quality job.
All the people who work with him including Hector and Esme are also courteous, professional and friendly.
I would highly recommend hiring them for any roof work that you need.

Can't recommend more highly! Great work and terrific results. We hired Zenitram Roofing after getting poor craftmanship and lackadaisical service from another roofing company -- and Zenitram was AMAZING! COMPLETE 180-degree turn. Prices are reasonable and, for the first time, the employees explained each step of the process without any technical jargon or construction runaround. Our fascia looks amazing and gave our house much-improved curbside appeal, plus their roof repair involved moving/disconnecting/reconnecting our solar panels. Other companies wanted to charge exorbitant additional fees just to work with solar! Interaction was friendly and the work was so efficient we didn't have to suffer through countless days of agonizing noise and they were happy to work around our schedule.
