We hired Zazzara Construction to install an aluminum wall topper. During the installation, they needed to pour concrete to level the fence. Unfortunately, they not only failed to level the concrete but also left a messy residue dripping down the sides of the wall. When we requested that they rectify this issue to ensure the wall topper was level, they made the process extremely difficult.

The installation of the wall topper itself was problematic; it was not level, and the posts were improperly installed due to the concrete work they completed not being leveled out, resulting in a one-inch gap from the wall topper post. Additionally, each panel was misaligned and incorrectly installed. When we asked them to resolve these issues, they were unwilling to do so properly. After paying for half of the job, we insisted on corrections before making the final payment, but they did not comply.

They met with us to discuss potential fixes but then refused to follow through after chasing us down the street aggressively. Their careless workmanship and unprofessional behavior escalated to the point where we had to call the police after one of their workers chased us with tools.

Please, whatever you do, do not hire this company. They are not only unprofessional and deliver subpar work, but they also pose a safety risk. allegedly from other customers this isn't the first time that Pete the owner has done something like this.

Pete did me just what I needed and there is 2 structures on my lot at one address.pete did the job beautifully ,he was easy to talk to the report and pics were 20 pages long.if your looking for home inspection and you see this page,don't waste anymore time second guessing,tell him what you need and he will match that prospective,Great job, Kevin belville 909
