Vidal is a real professional and a super nice guy who was recommended to me by some friends who said he did a great job on their roof. He has been in the business for decades and has confidence in his team and what he does. His contracts are simple but the quality of his work is not.
He spent time giving me two different estimates for two different layers of flat roofs once I learned more about the process.
I ended up not going with his services because they came up a little higher than someone else with the same roofing system. I may regret this decision because Vidal has a great reputation.
Hopefully I don't regret it....but I will say that I highly recommend Vidal...especially because he seems like a super honest and skilled worker who will give you a great new roof.

While I did not end up using Zavala Roofing for our house, I'm confident they would have done a great job if we had. Vidal Zavala drove down from Poway to North Park to see the house and was very thorough in getting measurements and offering feedback. He was very professional and extremely personable and friendly. The estimate was itemized and very specific and his pricing seemed competitive. If you are looking for an experienced roofer, I think you should definitely give this business a look.
