I signed a contract with Zavala in November, paid them about 15 of 19 k in early January and the came out 6 weeks ago to de-installed my solar panels and they have been sitting against my fence ever since. No one responds to my test messages, email or calls. Very unprofessional and it looks like I'll need to take legal action.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mary Martin who I call Angie after a hail storm. She offered me a free roof inspection to check to see if I had damage. Not many people can turn down free. I'm so glad that I said yes. The inspection proved the roof was in horrible condition. Some areas were so soft the inspector couldn't walk up there. She was instrumental and knowledgeable in dealing with the insurance company. Only took hours to complete the job. I'm a senior citizen with health issues and she keeps in contact with me to check on me. I consider her to now be my friend. Zavala has done a wonderful job for me and there is a host of other services they offer and I'm sure that I will be calling on them again.
