We contracted Z Roofing to paint my mothers roof. Giovani came over gave us an estimate and we accepted. Very professional. Two guys came over power washed the roof, cleaned everything, back yard, side walk. Took all the garbage. They painted the roof and it looks like new. I am very impressed with this company. I would recommend it 100%.

If it looks, walks and quacks like a duck... then you are fuc##d!! Will give you a low bid, then after a large deposit and after work starts they will find additional problems with the roof and hold you hostage. Then they will burn the side of your house and any awnings and tell you it was the neighbors fault. STAY AWAY!!

Terrible costumer service!

We have contacted Zack the owner of the company to come to my house to reseal the roof for the past two weeks and he is always saying that he would come. But today he told me to find another company to assist me.

And believe or not they did the roof sealing less than 2 years ago and is already leaking.

The worst; zero stars is best. Quick work and sloppy; all subcontractors and unskilled people. The crew chief couldn't eve tarp my house to prevent further leak damage before work could start. He broke tiles every time he walked on the roof.
They left rotten wood I am replacing 3 years after the job. The tiles are attached by a dot of foam all inconsistent. No follow through and weird makeshift. approaches to diverting water. I need to have significant repairs 3 years after a new roof. It was so fast and sloppy, absolutely no craft; just get it done.

Leaving this review on behalf of my elderly parents who have had a terrible experience with this roofing company. They left the house with a leaking flat roof and 11 broken roof tiles. Not only did they not finish the job but they intimated my parents into paying a small balance due for work never completed. My parents received a letter from a lawyer threatening to put a lien on their home if they did not pay even though the job was not completed.

They have no internal communication. Many issues from day 1, but the worst is that they saw that there was an issue and the flat tiles they suggested we put on our roof did not come out flush and flat in the back, there is a big lump. They claim it's a structural issue, now after the fact after they finished everything. They noticed the problem when they started the tiles, did not notify us in order to fix it before they finished the roof. We had no idea and now due to their negligence it looks horrible really bad workmanship, which their contract states they guarantee for 10 years. But, despite that and that it was their mistake they refused to fix it because ofcource that would mean less profit for them, even though it was their negligence not ours. Not only is the owner lying on the better business Bureau report, he is threatening to put a lien on my house when they are in breach of contract.

I am so grateful for the excellent work and service from Z Roofing. In late April of this year we had a significant leak in my son's room. I reached out to Gus and the team at Z Roofing. They understood the urgency of my predicament and responded within 36 hours to repair a se toon of my roof. This was during a particularly rainy stretch and if they had not responded quickly, my situation would have gone from bad to critical. They were prompt and fair with their pricing. I will be using Z Roofing for any and all of my roofing needs moving forward!
