Leaving this review on behalf of my elderly parents who have had a terrible experience with this roofing company. They left the house with a leaking flat roof and 11 broken roof tiles. Not only did they not finish the job but they intimated my parents into paying a small balance due for work never completed. My parents received a letter from a lawyer threatening to put a lien on their home if they did not pay even though the job was not completed.

They have no internal communication. Many issues from day 1, but the worst is that they saw that there was an issue and the flat tiles they suggested we put on our roof did not come out flush and flat in the back, there is a big lump. They claim it's a structural issue, now after the fact after they finished everything. They noticed the problem when they started the tiles, did not notify us in order to fix it before they finished the roof. We had no idea and now due to their negligence it looks horrible really bad workmanship, which their contract states they guarantee for 10 years. But, despite that and that it was their mistake they refused to fix it because ofcource that would mean less profit for them, even though it was their negligence not ours. Not only is the owner lying on the better business Bureau report, he is threatening to put a lien on my house when they are in breach of contract.

They understood the urgency of my predicament and responded within 36 hours to repair a se toon of my roof. Z roofing replaced my roof this month and most time of times we only take the time to tell others about the bad - however, between Jorge and Vicky - combined this has been an excellent experience. Jorge made the process seamless and Vicky and the crew that actually performed the work was very professional - friendly and most of all took the time to explain to me what they were going and why.
We are very satisfied with the Z roofing team and without reservations recommend them if you need roofing work.
They have now worked on three homes in my neighborhood and everyone is very satisfied.

I found Z Roofing completely by chance. I saw one of their commercials one morning and it happened to be the morning after finding out I had a small roof leak. The owner, Zach, came to my house the same day I called, found out where the leak was coming from and gave me a competitive quote to do the repairs. The work was done quickly and professionally.
