The life of my elderly 73 year old father and disabled mother was threatened by Your Exterior Pros Sr. Sales Consultant A.J MacArthur on 04/12/2023.

My father wanted to address some area of concerns regarding the roof and requested to speak to A.J. before he paid. Before my father could even say hello, A.J. MacArthur immediately proclaimed to send the cops and sheriff to my parents residence and have them cuffed and taken to jail if the full payment was not received that day. By the contract, full payment is not due until the 19th.

I would expect Your Exterior Pros to have professional workers but I guess I am wrong. A.J. MacArthur has left my parents in such a panic state and made them feel discriminated, targeted, and taken advantage of.

My parents were so excited to have their roof fixed and said they spoke to numerous companies but the Sr. Sales Consultant A.J. MacArthur made them feel comfortable and even mentioned he has done work for other Orientals in the past. I sure hope he didn't silence those other clients with threats of jail time also.

This company disgusts me and I would NEVER recommend these malicious workers to any of my friends or families. They did this to my vulnerable parents and they will not hesitate to step on your necks either. Pure malice and greed is all I see in this company.

A.J. MacArthur called my father back trying to offer my parents a $500 discount if I took my review down as if we can be bought . This is NOT about money. Our family work hard for our money and we wanted to ensure what we are paying for is the work that is being done. That was all. We WILL NOT be bought. This is far beyond money. This is about principle and genuine respect.

Great service. Great prices. Don't look anywhere else. Krissy is so knowledgeable and kept the line for communication open. 5pm on a Sunday and she was calling me back.

Sorry to say but, not reliable. Based on reviews this was the company we wanted to go with. It took two weeks to get someone to take a look at the roof to get us an estimate. At the estimate, they were professional and knowledgeable, so we felt happy to have waited for the quote. I accepted quote online and was told I'd hear right back. When I didn't hear back, I called a week later and they scheduled me for 3 weeks later. They were supposed to come the Monday of the third week of December, and although there were clear skies at the beginning of the week, they didn't make it due to other jobs, but didn't call to let us know until we called them, sometimes half way through the day or at the end of each day that week. By the time they said they could come, at the end of the week, it was raining and the repair had to wait another week. Well, the holidays came and went, and they rescheduled to the end of December, New Year's Eve. They didn't come, didn't call that day or any other day that week. I called on Friday, January 4th (initial call was on November 4) and said, thanks but no thanks. Weather and holidays aside, far too long of waits for a leaky roof during the rainy season, and a lack of communication means they lose our business.
