Don't bother calling them! Apparently they do not NEED ANY NEW BUSINESS! I called and set up an appointment to have 2 roofs done. Someone arrived 4 days later to look at the jobs. 2 weeks later, I still had not received the proposal. I called and spoke to the office and they said they'd look for them, but that it takes 2-3 weeks to get a bid. I asked the person, how far out they are booking. She responded, it depends on how fast you get the contract back to them. The problem is I CAN'T EVEN GET THE PROPOSAL so how can I send a contract back to them? If you can't even get the estimate/contract to the client and have poor communication and customer service, why would I hire you to put on 2 new roofs? If you are too busy, just decline the work when the customer calls.

Like a previous poster we waited all day Friday for an estimate .They never showed up. They did not return a my calls to explain why.

Came right out to Lucerne, CA to provide a very fair estimate. Took on my job in an area somewhat difficult to get to with limited space for equipment and they found a solution for everything. They do great work, are reliable, friendly, and well known by local inspectors as such; therefore permit was signed off without hesitation. They cleaned up behind themselves, repaired everything rotten or unattractive, for a beautiful final roof. I highly recommend.

Cleared my Saturday schedule for them to come and give an estimate on my roof. They didn't show up or call. No stars here. I'll take my business elsewhere.

This was the fastest cleanest jobThey cared about keeping gate closed for my dogs and were so considerate to us The price was very fair and did extra things they saw would use them again and HIGHLY recommend
