Had to leave a voicemail message just to request a call back. Took two weeks later to schedule an estimate for three weeks after that. Then they were a no-show/no-call.

Had an appointment for a bid on my mothers roof today. Didn't show no call nothing after we made an appointment. I explain to him that I was an hour away and drove just for this appointment. Stay away

I have to say I was quite pleasantly surprised at this Company. Rick was very professional and friendly. He was on time with a smile on his face. What really amazed me, is that he actually researched my property and was able to come prepared for what he might have had to deal with. I mean, not many companies actually do their homework and come prepared. Usually its a waiting game, oh you need this.... and oh you need that.... and its going to take 2 weeks to get your part.... blah, blah, blah... Not with Yancey Roofing. On time, professional and ready to complete the job at hand. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks for the great service.
