In 1986, I moved to Southern California and founded my business in the 1990s. Following a semi-retirement in 2004, I grew restless and chose to re-enter the field, resulting in the establishment of XXLL Inc..

As a contractor known as Smart Roof Management, XXLL Inc. specializes in Commercial, Industrial, and Residential roofing services. Our team manages the roofing systems of many commercial properties, providing repairs, maintenance, and full replacements with hot built-up systems, coatings, and reinforced cold application systems for various roof types.
