In 1986, I moved to Southern California and founded my business in the 1990s. In 2004, after a short semi-retirement, I felt the urge to return to roofing, which led to the founding of XXLL Inc..

As a contractor known as Smart Roof Management, XXLL Inc. specializes in Commercial, Industrial, and Residential roofing services. We oversee the roof systems of numerous commercial properties, handling repairs, maintenance, and complete replacements using hot built-up systems, coatings, and reinforced cold application systems for all roof types.

Together, my lead technicians and I possess over 100 years of combined experience in roofing, troubleshooting, and repair. We emphasize quality and detail, providing outstanding value for your money over the long haul.
