We also specialize in Residential Roofing Services within the Orange County region. Having spent 52 years in roofing, Rob has seen a lot, but new and different challenges still appear, ensuring the work remains dynamic. We handle everything from small repairs and regular maintenance to full roof installations and Fluid-Applied Coating Overlay Systems across all building types. Get the right work done and ensure it’s done correctly! Since 1969, I have been involved in roofing, beginning in Cleveland, Ohio, known for its tough weather. In 1986, I moved to Southern California and founded my business in the 1990s. In 2004, after a short semi-retirement, I felt the urge to return to roofing, which led to the founding of XXLL Inc..

XXLL Inc. (also known as Smart Roof Management) is a contractor specializing in Commercial, Industrial, and Residential services with a focus on roofing. We oversee the roof systems of numerous commercial properties, handling repairs, maintenance, and complete replacements using hot built-up systems, coatings, and reinforced cold application systems for all roof types.

Together, my lead technicians and I possess over 100 years of combined experience in roofing, troubleshooting, and repair. We take pride in our quality workmanship and meticulous attention to detail, delivering exceptional value over time.

Starting in 1969 during the harsh winters of Cleveland, Ohio, Rob has pursued his passion for roofing, moving to California in 1986 and now leading a team with vast roofing experience.

We handle the roofing systems for many commercial properties, delivering repair, maintenance, and complete replacements across all roof types.
