Terrible experience with a roofing job in PAnama City area. They lied about status of permits, did poor quality work that had to be removed and redone 3 times, and finally fired their program manager and sent subcontractors to finish the work, expecting the homeowner to manage the subs and verify when the work was complete. The worst part is that they were very expensive- not even close to the lowest quote we had. They presented a professional proposal and we selected them because the sales pitch gave the impression they knew what they were doing. The end result of our metal roof is embarrassing in areas where the metal is crinkled and looks like a child's craft project.
