Their folks that actually tear down and build new fence are good and responsible but the management is not. Tried to get warranty work done when sliding gate stopped working and couldn't get them to ever come back out to repair. Fence and motor is less than 9 months old. Sad. They talk a good game but no good at backing up what they install. Buyer beware, I can not recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience. Had concrete poured to extend a small patio. Getting a straight answer as to when the project would start was almost impossible. Was lied to on many occasions. When they did show up, they cut one of the sprinkler lines (sprinkler heads were capped off) and when the sprinklers ran, of course water was running out from under the fresh concrete. It took 2 weeks and multiple calls/text to get them back out. They did fix it but never came out to take the wood frames off the borders. I gave up and removed the frames myself. Learned my lesson. I paid in cash (which they were quick to come get). Had I used a credit card I would have had more leverage. I was understanding at first but after a few weeks it became more and more of a challenge. Need exterior work? Look elsewhere. There is NO customer service here. NONE.

I never recommend because you cant always trust
their integrity. These guys did a great job, I would recommend them use them again for me that says it all

They did exactly what they promised in a timely manner. The attention to detail was so refreshing and I would advise anyone looking to build a fence to give this company a try you won't be disappointed. I will work with them again on other projects

*** WARNING *** When doing business with this company, make sure that you request a quote from them for all work to be performed INSTEAD of simple letting them work off of an insurance adjustor's estimate. I made the mistake of providing the estimate first, due to a time crunch. When the work was completed, it was clear that the amount of work done did not coincide with the total work estimated. I asked the vendor to bill be for the work performed and in return, I received a single-line invoice for the total of the estimate. This seeming lack of integrity may be ""how business is done"" for some vendors, but my suggestion is to be wary of the ways in which this vendor conducts business.

I needed my wooden fence and deck stained. Xpert was very good with timeliness, follow up & most important professionalism. They were very thorough from quote to final walk thru. Best part is they completed the job 3 days faster than anticipated! Marcus & Josh were both great to work with and I will definitely call them for my next project!
