If I could give this company a ZERO I would.
I contracted with Xpert Aluminum to replace my patio lanai after Hurricane Ian. I was well aware of the amount of destruction and limited supplies. With that being said, this company was the worst I had to deal with. It took well over a year and numerous come back to fix it appointments. They rarely showed up when they told me. They left without finishing work. And the work has been sub par. 2+ years later my screens have come off again and the bolts that hold the picture window to the concrete have not held leaving the integrity of the structure questionable. Thankfully hurricane season is just about over and I will call a more reputable company to fix this mess.

In my opinion, the only thing expert"" about this company is their stellar lack of customer service as well as lack of accountability for a job that caused damage to our home. After paying Xpert a deposit and then waiting almost a year to have our carport and gutters replaced, one heavy rainstorm was all it took and water was pouring in through our ceiling. After multiple phone calls, they finally sent someone out to repair the gutters and take pictures of the damage. We were told the owner, Brandon would be in touch with us. That was July 3rd and three weeks later, not one word from him. After multiple calls once again to Xpert, we still have not heard anything from him or anyone at Xpert. After waiting almost 3 weeks to hear from anyone regarding the damage caused by the very poor work their company did, we decided to have the repair to our ceiling done and let him know what it cost us. While we were pretty certain my husband wouldn't be able to speak with him, he called Xpert only to be told yet again Brandon was not available. He explained the reason for the call to whoever answered the phone. The person who answered the phone said they would not be paying for any repairs as we voided the warranty by having someone else do the work. The repair was done to the ceiling of our lanai, NOT to any work on the gutters that Xpert installed. No one touched any work that Xpert did. The work Xpert did is what caused the damage to our ceiling. They were not the original contractors on the lanai ceiling, so how could a warranty be voided? Considering no one from Xpert ever followed-up with us despite numerous calls to them, I truly believe they had no intention of ever contacting us about the damage caused by their work, and stating ""voided warranty"" is their way out of accepting any responsibility. I absolutely would never recommend this company.

They are horrible. They don't return phone calls. They don't meet the scheduling The Times They tell you. It's just a horrible company to deal with do not give them a deposit you will regret it. I've hired another contractor to take care of the problem and I'll take them to small claims court to get my deposit back for all the misrepresentations. And breach of contract

Hired this company in January 2023 to repair the Lanai at my property.
Gave them a $2950.00 deposit.
We were told the job would take 3-4 months before the work was completed.
We have spent hours calling them, leaving messages and emailing.
Each time I call I am told a different answer.
Now I am selling the property and I need to cancel my work order and get my deposit back. I cannot have the closing until they provide this so I can give it to the buyers.
At this point they no longer take my calls or messages. I've been told Brandon the owner would call. I've been told his wife will call.
Brandon has actually texted me while I was on the phone with the office telling me he'd call me.
I have not received a call from him or anyone at Xpert Aluminum.
The closing is on hold until I can talk to them and get what I need.

All you get is the run around. Promised installation in 6 to 8 months. They have no problem taking my money and now we wait. I could have given them so much business!

I have been under contract with Xpert Aluminum since mid-November, 2022, to replace my screen enclosure. They were provided a $6600 deposit at that time. As of 8/27/23, I have been unable to get them to provide me with a start date. I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They do not answer questions via e-mail, their phones either go unanswered, or the phone mailboxes are full. I have delayed getting a lawyer, but I guess that will be my final step. Sandy W.

Once they get you to sign a contract and put down the required 50% deposit you are screwed. I have called, texted and emailed them for months with no response.
Some of my neighbors have been waiting a lot longer than I have. They are completely irresponsible and I don't recommend them.
You can do better than using these clowns!

I don't think this company exists. We also gave a huge deposit 8 months ago. If you read Rachael's review below, this is exactly the same treatment.
I think this company is a shill for Titan contracting. They have the same address & I now realize that Xpert only has ONE employee. I will also be contacting the states attorney.

Do not call this company. After giving a deposit in Oct. 2022 I had to call or email numerous times. They were supposed to come in April...sent someone who didn't know anything about the job on 6/27 (subcontractor)...said they would return next day. Nobody showed. I called 7/7...no callback. Aug. 1 today a sub-subcontractor shows up with the wrong items. Then I get an email bill for work that was never done. Save yourself aggravation. Call another company!

They took a $6,000 deposit from my parents last November. After continuing to put them off over and over they don't even answer the phone anymore. I'm contacting the state attorney's office. This is defrauding the elderly.
