John's construction career started at the age of 15 when he took on summer laborer roles at various job sites. He rapidly moved up to a carpenter’s helper, learning the critical lesson of “measure twice, cut once” and honing his skills as a detail-oriented professional. His years of experience have shown that his keen attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction are vital to his success in construction, engineering, and land acquisitions and appraisals. In 2005, he created Xcel Construction & Remodeling, continuing the family tradition set by his grandfather, father, and uncle.
