John's construction career started at the age of 15 when he took on summer laborer roles at various job sites. He quickly advanced to a carpenter’s helper, where he learned the value of “measure twice, cut once” and began refining his skills as a perfectionist. Throughout the years, his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction have been essential to his achievements in construction, engineering, and land acquisitions and appraisals. In 2005, he followed the legacy of his grandfather, father, and uncle by founding his own company – Xcel Construction & Remodeling.
